Spring and Fall Clean Ups

Core aeration, De-Thatch, Seeding, Soil Amendments, Starter Fertilizer, Lime to rejuvenate a thinning, unhealthy lawn.
Core Aeration
Core Aeration is extremely beneficial to improving the health and quality of your lawn. In this process we mechanically make small holes and pull 2" "cores" or plugs from the turf. This breaks down the thatch layer, relieves soil compaction, allows for better air, water and nutrient circulation. It also encourages soil/seed contact, which is important for new seed germination when over-seeding in conjunction with core aeration. We recommend September for the optimal time to aerate and seed.
De-Thatching
Mechanically remove thatch from lawn with a power rake or tine rake.
